The Sr. IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our systems, infrastructure, and data are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs., This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for leading IT operations across multiple locations while supporting the day-to-day needs of employees and leadership. The IT Manager ensures systems run efficiently, supports continuous improvement, and helps drive Caldera's evolution into a more scalable, technology-enabled organization., * Oversee daily IT operations, including network, servers, systems, and end-user support * Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across all locations * Manage hardware and software lifecycle, including procurement, installation, and maintenance * Maintain and support ERP, HRIS (e.g., UKG), and other business-critical systems Cybersecurity & Compliance * Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices * Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents * Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and industry standards * Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity processes Vendor & SaaS Management * Manage IT vendors, service providers, and consultants * Administer SaaS applications including licensing, renewals, and usage * Support contract tracking and vendor performance monitoring Team Leadership & Support * Lead and develop IT staff or external vendors/service providers * Provide hands-on support for escalated technical issues * Establish service levels and ensure timely resolution of IT requests * Promote a customer-service mindset within IT support Systems & Projects * Lead IT-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations * Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations on system improvements and automation * Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability * Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including system access and equipment setup Budget & Cost Management * Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers * Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance * Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions, This job description is not a binding contractual document.
