## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tooling?, * T-Shaped Profile: Deep expertise in project management (Agile/Scrum) with a broad understanding of the revenue engine (Marketing, Sales, RevOps).

 * Technical Literacy: Comfortable with CRM architecture, data orchestration tools (like Clay or Zapier), and basic SQL/Python for reporting.
 * Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead diverse teams across different time zones.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred but not mandatory if replaced by relevant "growth" experience.

## Description

We are looking for a dual-threat leader who can both build the engine (Delivery) and drive it to market (GTM). You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of our products/services-from ensuring the technical team hits milestones to architecting the automated systems that convert leads into revenue. Your goal is to eliminate the "silo" between what we build and how we sell it., 1. Delivery Excellence (The "Build" Side)

 * Project Governance: Lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, QA) to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product roadmaps.
 * Risk & Blockers: Proactively identify delivery bottlenecks and "shuttle diplomacy" between stakeholders to keep the momentum.
 * Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, team velocity, and capacity planning to ensure maximum ROI on development efforts.

 2. GTM Strategy & Execution (The "Market" Side)
 * Revenue Infrastructure: Design and maintain the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, marketing automation, and AI-driven lead routing).
 * Sales Enablement: Translate complex technical features into clear value propositions for the sales team. Create "battle cards," pitch decks, and case studies.
 * Market Feedback Loop: Act as the primary bridge between customers and the product team, feeding real-world sales objections back into the delivery cycle.
 * Launch Orchestration: Own the "Go-Live" moment-coordinating PR, digital campaigns, and sales outreach to ensure a unified market entry.

 3. AI & Automation (2026 Focus)
 * Implement Agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive GTM tasks (e.g., personalized outreach at scale).
 * Use data analytics to track "Lead-to-Revenue" flow and identify where customers are dropping out of the funnel.
