## Description

Genworth is seeking an IT Project Management Specialist to lead technology projects supporting our finance and insurance businesses. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery across long-term care, mortgage, and protection product platforms. You will define scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinate cross-functional teams; and ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and enterprise architecture standards. You will track risks and issues, communicate status to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement. This role thrives in a collaborative, accountable culture focused on integrity and meaningful customer impact., * Lead end-to-end IT project planning and execution for finance and insurance platforms

 * Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource plans
 * Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
 * Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders
 * Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards
 * Develop and maintain project documentation and status reporting
 * Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making
 * Support vendor coordination and technology implementation
 * Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
