I am on the look out for a Senior Engineering Team Lead to guide a talented platform engineering team through cutting-edge projects, while remaining deeply engaged with code, architecture, and innovation. This is a chance to lead with influence, not just oversight - combining technical expertise with real people leadership.

What you'll be doing

 * Leading by: coding, designing, and reviewing architecture.
 * Driving scaled agile planning and delivery in line with SAFe principles.
 * Mentoring and supporting your team's technical and personal growth.
 * Embedding quality-first practices: testing, reliability, and CI/CD.
 * Designing and delivering modern solutions using CQRS, event-driven models, and AWS.
