Experience across Core HCM, Integrations, Learning, Talent & Performance, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Peakon, Journeys or Extend is highly desirable., * Mandatory Workday Core HCM certification.

 * Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to work independently and support junior colleagues.

## Description

Senior Workday Consultant required to join a major enterprise client on a long-term engagement, working 5 days per week on-site in Manchester or Inverness.

You'll support the ongoing operation, enhancement and optimisation of Workday, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

 * Lead Workday enhancements and implementation activities.
 * Configure, test, validate and document Workday solutions.
 * Lead workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
 * Investigate and resolve complex Workday issues.
 * Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow.
 * Deliver training and knowledge transfer.
 * Support P1/P2 incidents as part of a shared on-call rota, if required.
