* Deep computer vision expertise (ML + classical CV), with a track record of production deployment
 * Experience with State of the art models across CNNS, Vision Transformers, Object Tracking, Open CV or Gstream
 * A genuine appetite for mentoring and developing others
 * Strong hands-on technical ability with Python
 * Comfort operating with autonomy and shaping strategy
 * Eligibility for UK SC clearance
 * Willingness to work 2 days per week on site (London / South West / Midlands)
