Experience: * Experience in data center operations, MAC activities, and infrastructure support. * Experience in fiber installation, testing, and troubleshooting preferred., * Industry certifications such as FOA or Corning preferred. * Experience with data center infrastructure management tools. * Experience in OSP or confined space fiber splicing environments. * Strong understanding of fiber connectors and structured cabling systems. Skills: * Data center operations and RunOps support. * Fiber optic installation, termination, and splicing. * Copper cabling and structured cabling systems. * OTDR, Fluke, and network testing tools. * Troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues. * Asset management and ticketing systems. * DCIM tools and documentation.
