This is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of customer projects spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, infrastructure refreshes, migrations and cloud transformation initiatives. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with project ownership, customer engagement and commercial awareness., As an IT Project Engineer, you will take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to a high technical standard. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate project activities, manage risks and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering quality outcomes and is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously., * Delivering infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft 365 projects from planning through to implementation and handover. * Managing project tasks, documentation, milestones and time recording within ConnectWise Manage. * Implementing solutions across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, networking, wireless, firewalls and server infrastructure. * Leading customer onboarding, migrations, infrastructure refreshes and technology transformation projects. * Working directly with customers to provide updates, manage expectations and ensure successful project outcomes. * Producing high-quality technical documentation and operational handovers. * Supporting project scoping, technical discovery and effort estimation activities. * Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for continual improvement.
