## About the Role

* Experience of WMS or ERP systems.
 * Experience of warehouse operations.
 * Experience of providing customer service.

Desirable skills and experience

 * ODBC reporting, within Excel.
 * Experience of warehouse automation.
 * Experience of Red Prairie/Blue Yonder dispatcher WMS.
 * Powershell or other scripting language.

This is a service role and you'll have excellent communication skills, with good written and spoken English.

## Description

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the continued smooth running of WMS and business systems liaising with relevant departments to implement and improve business processes.

 * Engage with Operations Team to assess requirements/improve productivity.
 * Test and implement new processes and interfaces with 3rd parties, such as carrier systems.
 * Manage system updates/upgrades.
 * Document processes and create user guides where needed.
 * Communicate with WMS users to determine workable and supportable solutions.
 * Assist the wider systems team in supporting other business system applications.
 * Train users on business processes.

NB this role requires occasional out of hours work, for support purposes and system changes.
