You will work across networking, Microsoft technologies, virtualisation, POS and wider infrastructure, while acting as a key point of escalation for more complex technical issues. A significant part of the role will involve supporting new store openings, refurbishments and infrastructure rollouts, working closely with internal teams, stores and third-party suppliers to ensure technology is ready for operational launch. This is not a management position.
