Preferred Qualifications * Experience with SAP HANA, including data modeling, views, and analytics development. * Experience with Alteryx is good to have. * Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, or cloud-based data engineering and analytics environments. * Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources using APIs and data pipelines. * Knowledge of supply chain optimization, forecasting, inventory analytics, transportation analytics, or logistics performance management. * Experience within the petrochemical, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors. ## Description Chevron Phillips Chemical is seeking a Specialist - Business Analytics to join the Business Data Analytics organization supporting the Supply Chain function at our headquarters in The Woodlands, TX. This role will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across Supply Chain by leveraging SAP data, Power BI analytics, and modern data platforms. The successful candidate will partner closely with Supply Chain business stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize processes, improve operational visibility, and support business transformation initiatives.
