## About the Role

Required:

 * 2+ years of experience in mobile engineering
 * Strong Kotlin expertise with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM / Clean Architecture)
 * Hands-on experience building and shipping consumer-facing mobile apps (B2C experience is a must)
 * Experience with backend data formats and APIs common in mobile apps, including protobufs, REST, and gRPC
 * Experience integrating Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging)
 * Proficiency with Android testing strategies (unit and instrumentation/UI tests) and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile
 * Strong communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Nice to Have:

 * Mentorship or technical leadership experience guiding junior mobile engineers
