What would be nice for you to have: * Industry certifications relating to Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Conga, or Salesforce * Advanced expertise in the design and governance of a complex CPQ system; must possess deep administrative mastery of at least one core platform such as Salesforce * Proficiency with database query languages such as SQL, or SOQL. * Knowledge of systems analysis and technical solution design concepts. * Knowledge of change management and release management practices. * Ability to gather requirements and translate business processes into technical solutions. * Ability to perform incident and problem management using structured methodologies. * Strong communication, decision-making, and organization skills. * Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong customer-focused approach to service and support.
