Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills * Experience supporting quality assurance or quality control programmes. * Experience with operating model design or service management concepts. * Experience with process improvement methodologies and applying them pragmatically in operational settings. * Experience implementing AI and intelligent automation tooling to streamline processes, improve control execution, and produce measurable efficiency and quality outcomes. * Experience partnering with firmwide control, operational risk, compliance, audit, or similar control stakeholders. ## Description You will partner closely with Program Leads, Employee Relations, Service and Operations teams, HR Product and Technology partners, and Controls and Policy stakeholders to plan and deliver change initiatives.
