* Design and configure core enterprise monitoring and management modules (performance, configuration, application, traffic, and storage suites).
 * Integrate central monitoring platforms with firewall managers, security consoles, and network controllers.
 * Connect monitoring platforms to IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for automated alerting, ticketing, and reporting.
 * Manage supporting services: Active Directory, patch management, DNS/DHCP, and endpoint security platforms.
 * Produce technical documentation (LLDs, SOPs) and deliver knowledge transfer to support teams.
