## About the Role

We're looking for individuals who are naturally curious, collaborative and comfortable working in complex environments.

Essential Experience

 * Experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst within agile delivery teams.
 * Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
 * Proven ability to translate user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable product requirements.
 * Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
 * Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
 * Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or GitLab.
 * Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in fast-paced delivery environments.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

 * Defence, National Security or Central Government project experience.
 * Process modelling experience (BPMN or similar).
 * Experience working within multidisciplinary digital product teams.
 * Knowledge of user-centred design principles and digital service delivery.

## Description

* Working closely with Product Owners, users and stakeholders to define product vision, requirements and measurable outcomes.
 * Analysing current user journeys, business processes and system capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Mapping end-to-end user flows, business processes and system interactions.
 * Translating user needs and business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Supporting backlog management and prioritisation to maximise value delivery.
 * Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
 * Supporting testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
 * Using data and insights to inform product decisions, prioritisation and continuous improvement.
