You'll ideally have: * Experience providing first and second line IT or application support. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Experience supporting business-critical applications in a structured environment. * Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory. * Experience working with database-driven applications, with basic SQL querying or data validation skills. * An understanding of incident, problem and change management. * Experience working to SLAs, KPIs and established processes. * The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues. * Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying improvements. Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, enjoys helping others and wants to make a positive difference to the IT service we provide. ## Description Do you enjoy solving problems, supporting users and making sure critical systems keep running smoothly? We're looking for an IT Application Support Analyst to join our established IT team in Uxbridge, working in a hybrid environment. This is a hands on role where you'll provide first and second line support across a range of business critical applications. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as third-party suppliers, to resolve issues quickly, maintain system performance and help improve the way our applications support the business.
