* 5-7 years' proven experience in Finance/Technology environments
 * Demonstrated experience analyzing and reporting on IT function data
 * Advanced PowerBI expertise with portfolio of successful implementations
 * Practical knowledge of IT metrics and DevSecOps frameworks
 * Strong analytical mindset with exceptional data visualization capabilities
 * Scripting and automation (e.g. Python, PowerShell, or equivalent)
 * Delivery within an Agile culture (e.g. Jira, Confluence, stories, sprints, backlogs)
 * Creating and maintaining MI dashboards (e.g. in Power BI)
 * Generating & delivering MI presentations to Committees/forums (written & verbal)
 * MSc in Data Analytics and security qualifications (ISACA, CISM, etc.) advantageous
