## Description

* Leading the design and hands-on configuration of Workday Absence
 * Configuring absence plans, accruals, balances, eligibility and carry-forward rules
 * Supporting leave of absence frameworks and policy-led requirements
 * Translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
 * Supporting delivery across design, build, testing, deployment and defect resolution
 * Troubleshooting Absence issues in a live production environment
 * Ensuring Absence configuration aligns with Core HCM processes
 * Supporting related security analysis across domain, BP, role-based, user-based and intersection security
