## About the Role

Advanced degrees in Reliability Engineering are a plus.
Minimum5 years of experiencein engineering or quality roles, with a strong focus on Design for Reliability (DfSS, DfSR), data center systems especially modular data centers
Proficiency inReliaSofttools and experience inAgile product developmentenvironments.
Strongcustomer orientationand application knowledge.
Excellentintercultural communicationand collaboration skills.
Preferred certifications:
DfSS Certifications (CSSGB or CSSBB)(Desirable)
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)(Desirable)
