## About the Role

Master's Degree in Computer Science (M.S.) or related field.
5?10 years of experience leading or managing within a successful IT organization in at least two areas of IT infrastructure operations.
5+ years of work experience with IT infrastructure project management in an international environment, preferably in an industrial or process?driven environment and ideally in the laboratory industry.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Extensive knowledge of compute (Windows Server, etc.), storage (NetApp, etc.), and network (Cisco, etc.) technologies.
Cross?functional technical experience: Windows Server installations, Microsoft Active Directory and DNS, Microsoft Exchange ****, data backup technologies, VMware, SAN/NAS storage systems, etc.
In?depth understanding of virtual and cloud infrastructures (experience with Azure, AWS).
Strong security awareness (ISO *****).
Extensive knowledge and experience with IT best?practice methodologies (ITIL, COBIT) and familiarity with BPMN, SCRUM, CMMi; GxP (GAMP5), GDPR.
