## About the Role

* Experiencia demostrable como Jefe/a de Proyecto en proyectos de datos (mínimo 3 años).
 * Conocimiento en entornos BI (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) y/o Big Data (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, etc.).
 * Capacidad para coordinar equipos técnicos y gestionar interlocución con cliente.
 * Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
 * Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de problemas., * Conocimientos en arquitecturas cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
 * Experiencia en proyectos de analítica avanzada o inteligencia artificial.
 * Certificaciones PMP, Scrum Master o similares.

## Description

Buscamos incorporar un o una Jefe o Jefa de Proyecto para gestionar proyectos de Data, que tenga background técnico en ingeniería de Datos (Python y SQL)., * Liderar y coordinar proyectos de datos (BI, Big Data, analítica avanzada, etc.) desde la planificación hasta la entrega.

 * Gestionar equipos multidisciplinares de Data Engineers, Data Scientists y BI Consultants.
 * Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y presupuesto.
 * Ser el enlace principal con el cliente, entendiendo sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones técnicas y de negocio.
 * Participar en la definición de la estrategia de datos de nuestros clientes.
 * Colaborar con otras áreas (Cloud, Software, AI, etc.) en proyectos transversales.
