## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
 * Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support, professional services, software implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
 * Enterprise networking, troubleshooting, and network security concepts.
 * Windows operating systems administration and configuration.
 * SQL databases and database management fundamentals.
 * Virtualization technologies and infrastructure monitoring.
 * Cloud environments and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures.
 * Software integrations and communication protocols.
 * Web applications and application server environments.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teams.
 * Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities.

 * Willingness to travel internationally up to 5 - 10% of the time.

## Description

* Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, networking, and integration layers.
 * Investigating and resolving software-related issues, escalating complex cases to specialist teams when required.
 * Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the support lifecycle.
 * Delivering technical training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and local teams.
 * Supporting system integrations and ensuring smooth communication between different platforms and technologies.
 * Producing and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, and service procedures.
 * Collaborating with Product, Development, Quality Assurance, and regional support teams to ensure high service standards.
