internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.Key Responsibilities:* **Collaborate with the sales team** to design and configure vendor solutions, including defining a Bill of Materials to meet customer requirements.* Provide outstanding **quality of service** and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).* Communicate **product and technology information to educate** internal and external audiences.* Address **product/solution inquiries** from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.* Maintain **peer-level technical contacts** within assigned vendors.* Achieve the required level of **technical knowledge in product or technology** groups and obtain any necessary vendor-related accreditations.* Support the **Business Solution Centre (BSC) to enhance sales** activity and improve partner utilization rates.* **Deliver technical support for presales, including proofs of concept
