## About the Role

Do you have experience in VMware?, * 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or administration

 * Hands-on experience with Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments
 * Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and endpoint management
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple locations
 * Exposure to automation or scripting is a plus

## Description

We are seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer in the Lancaster, PA area to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across a few dozen locations. This direct hire, hands-on role focuses on Windows-based systems, cloud services, virtualization, and backup/disaster recovery, with opportunities to work on both on-site and cloud environments., * Administer Windows environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud services (Azure, AWS)

 * Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
 * Manage endpoint and identity solutions, including Intune and Active Directory
 * Participate in IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and optimizations
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems and infrastructure issues
 * Collaborate with IT leadership, security teams, and business units
