## About the Role

We're looking for engineers with commercial experience across several of the following technologies:

 * Java
 * Python
 * C#
 * TypeScript
 * Go
 * React
 * Angular
 * Vue.js

Alongside experience with

 * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi)
 * CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI or ArgoCD
 * Software security, application performance and scalability
 * Technical leadership and mentoring software engineering teams

## Description

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll lead the design and development of modern software solutions while remaining hands-on throughout the delivery lifecycle., * Design, build and deliver modern software applications across frontend, backend or full-stack environments.

 * Lead engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring and code reviews.
 * Develop cloud-native applications using modern engineering practices.
 * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery.
 * Implement Infrastructure as Code to support scalable cloud deployments.
 * Ensure applications meet high standards for security, performance, accessibility and maintainability.
 * Collaborate closely with architects, product owners and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
 * Contribute to engineering communities, technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
