## About the Role

* Capable of handling Severity 1 & 2 Incidents and provide RCA information
 * Understanding of Netapp Storage Engineer in enterprise-scale environments.
 * Understanding of Netapp Storage Hardware
 * Knowledge of general NAS/SAN principles
 * Understanding of VMware integration with Netapp

Security clearance level is required to fulfil this position with a requirement to meet higher level on joining, if not already held. This will be a minimum requirement to be able to fulfil the role obligations.
