## Description

* Act as the lead technical authority for Sharedo / Clio Operate solutions, including platform configuration, workflows, Smart Plans, integrations, and system enhancements.
 * Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
 * Manage development activity through Azure DevOps, including backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and delivery tracking.
 * Provide third-line application support, including troubleshooting, SQL investigation, root cause analysis, and problem management.
 * Drive continuous improvement of the platform, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and AI-enabled enhancements.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers, promoting best practice and high-quality delivery.
