## About the Role

* Proven experience delivering Integration, Cutover and Hypercare activities within large-scale transformation programmes
 * Strong project leadership across testing, deployment and go-live phases
 * Expertise in managing complex dependencies, risks and business readiness
 * Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Ability to remain calm, organised and delivery-focused in high-pressure environments

Bonus Points For

 * SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or wider SAP programme experience
 * ERP implementation or transformation delivery experience
 * Exposure to data migration, service transition, testing or application integration
 * Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or operationally intensive environments, SAP experience is highly desirable, but we're equally keen to hear from Project Managers with strong Integration, Cutover and Hypercare experience gained in other complex enterprise environments.

## Description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead critical Integration, Cutover and Hypercare activities on Project Falcon - a major enterprise transformation programme delivering significant business and technology change.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most business-critical phases of a large-scale transformation, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation through to go-live, stabilisation and operational handover.

What You'll Be Leading

 * End-to-end integration planning and coordination across multiple systems and workstreams
 * Complex cutover planning, governance, rehearsals and go-live execution
 * Hypercare management and service transition activities
 * Cross-functional delivery involving business, technical and third-party supplier teams
 * Risk, dependency and stakeholder management across a high-profile programme, You'll be at the centre of a major transformation programme, driving successful deployments and ensuring business readiness during some of the most visible and challenging stages of delivery.
