 * Experience with Intune, MDT, Lucidlink, Egnyte, Azure, AWS.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client engagement skills.

## Description

We're working with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Central London, supporting hundreds of businesses across the creative and engineering sectors. This is your chance to take ownership of high-impact projects, shape infrastructure strategy, and act as the technical escalation point for a talented engineering team., * Escalate and resolve complex 3rd-line issues across infrastructure, networking, and cloud.

 * Design, configure, and manage Windows Server and virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware).
 * Oversee networks: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
 * Implement and maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
 * Lead projects: migrations, upgrades, and hybrid deployments.
 * Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud services.
