* Strong experience with Snowflake
 * Advanced SQL skills working with large datasets
 * Hands-on experience with modern data tools (DBT ideally)
 * Solid understanding of data warehousing and architecture best practices

 * Comfortable working in a small, high-impact team

## Description

* Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ELT/ETL)
 * Own the flow of data from source systems * warehouse * BI tools
 * Develop clean, reusable data models for analytics and reporting
 * Integrate a wide range of data sources, including marketing, CRM, and operational systems
 * Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation
 * Automate workflows to improve speed, reliability, and reduce manual effort
 * Establish a robust, scalable data platform that supports growth
 * Improve data reliability, accessibility, and trust across the business
 * Enable self-serve analytics through well-structured datasets
 * Partner with stakeholders across Growth, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations
 * Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
 * Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
