## About the Role

* Cisco / CCNP-level networking & Nexus switching
 * Cisco ASA/Firepower
 * Fortinet, Check Point or Palo Alto firewalls
 * AWS and/or Azure
 * Windows/Linux servers
 * VMware ESXi/vSAN
 * Load balancing and network monitoring
 * Defender / Sentinel / SIEM
 * HLD/LLD documentation
 * ITIL, incident/change/problem management, * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
 * The confidence to work independently and take ownership
 * A resilient, can-do attitude
 * Relevant networking qualifications, ideally CCNP or equivalentThis is a great opportunity to work across a broad technology landscape, gain exposure to complex enterprise environments and develop your career within a technically strong managed services team.

## Description

* Provide technical support across complex customer environments and managed services.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure incidents.
 * Contribute to solution design, HLD/LLD, implementations and technical projects.
 * Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert.
 * Work within an ITIL-based service environment, supporting SLAs, KPIs and change/problem management.
 * Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota.
 * Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of technical service.
 * Occasionally travel to customer sites, data centres and offices in Milton Keynes/Watford.
