## About the Role

* Proven experience in Analytics Engineering or a similar data-focused role.
 * Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
 * Experience building and automating data pipelines and transformation processes.
 * Familiarity with dbt (Cloud or Core).
 * Working knowledge of Python.
 * Experience delivering data to Power BI or another modern BI platform.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

What will make you stand out

 * Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries.
 * Experience with Git and collaborative software development practices.Knowledge of modern data modelling approaches, including Kimball methodologies and Bronze/Silver/Gold architectures.
 * Understanding of CI/CD principles and analytics engineering best practices.
 * Experience working within larger, mature data teams.
 * A passion for building scalable data products and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
