Estudios en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines. Certificación AZ-104 (deseable). Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en funciones similares. Responsabilidades:
Soporte y configuración en Manage Engine. Gestión en Azure (certificación AZ-104 deseable). Administración de Active Directory. Implementación y mantenimiento de Windows Deployment Services (WDS). Gestión de dispositivos móviles vía MDM. Mantenimiento de inventario de hardware/software. Actualización de registros y estado de activos IT. Atención a incidencias con Microsoft Office 365. Manejo de herramientas de seguridad como Sentinel One. Diagnóstico y reparación de equipos (microinformática). Soporte tanto presencial como remoto a usuarios finales. Generación de manuales técnicos y guías para usuarios. Reporte y seguimiento de tickets e incidencias. Requisitos Técnicos:
Conocimiento intermedio en Manage Engine y Azure. Experiencia con Active Directory. Deseable manejo de Windows Deployment Services. Familiaridad con herramientas MDM y Sentinel One. Experiencia en configuración de Office 365. Dominio de microinformática. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
