Personal Qualities: · At least 4+ years of progressive finance experience · Learning agility to quickly adapt to new situations and challenges. · Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills to continuously ask "why" being able to refine analysis to find root causes. Responsibility: · Execute financial analysis frameworks, reports and models. · Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for each Global Function lead with financial information in a concise and insightful way explaining variances vs Plan and vs Actuals. · Monthly forecasting and monitoring of Structure Investments, challenging markets where overspends occur and flagging any risks and opportunities to Global Functions. · Support the Annual Planning Process for the organizations Global Functions, including the creation of plan templates, data analysis and validation, review with budget owners and system submissions. · Collaborate with Global Functions teams to align forecasts with strategic initiatives and resource allocation · Development presentations, papers or reports for key stakeholders and standing meetings. · Extract, organize and analyze information and data from financial systems for reporting, problem solving or ad hoc query answering.
