You will be responsible for comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and acceptance) as well as advanced load and performance simulations. * Operational Excellence & Observability: Monitor service health in production, using observability tools to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or anomalies. * Technical Leadership: Share your expertise through deep code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and documenting engineering standards that elevate the entire squad. * AI-Driven Execution : Actively leverage AI tools and coding assistants on a daily basis to accelerate development cycles, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize overall team processes and delivery speed.
