## About the Role

· 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

· Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.

· Real git management via terminal.

· Experience with automation systems and backend workflow orchestration.

· Solid knowledge of databases (mainly Microsoft SQL, Transact-SQL).

· Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.

· Understanding of scalable architectures, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern DevOps practices.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

· Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

· Experience with microservices architectures.

· Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

· Experience in Linux environments and POSIX systems.

· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

## Description

· Develop and maintain frontend code for a clean and optimized internal app in React (mandatory use of TypeScript).

· Develop and maintain backend services using Node.Js and, mainly, Next.Js (mandatory use of TypeScript).

· Design and implement automation tools and workflows that streamline operations.

· Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver features that drive business growth.

· Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance at high loads.

· Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.

· Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of our backend stack.
