## About the Role

3-5 years MuleSoft Platform Management, MuleSoft Omni/Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, basic AWS & Azure, OAuth/OpenID & API Security, ITIL, Argo CI/CD, English C1, Computer Science or equivalent.

## Description

L2 operational support for the MuleSoft platform, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution and SLA compliance across AWS, Azure and OpenShift. This is a Platform Operations / L2 Support role, not an API Development position.
Main Tasks:

 * Manage and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
 * Perform platform troubleshooting and log analysis.
 * Support deployments, releases and changes.
 * Execute runbooks, recovery procedures and operational tasks.
 * Document incidents, resolutions and known workarounds.
 * Perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify recurring issues.
 * Maintain simple automation scripts.
 * Support Flex/Omni Gateway operations.
 * Track actions and deliverables to closure.
 * Participate in production support meetings, on-call and major incidents.
