## Description

Signode, the Transit Packaging division of Crown Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Enterprise Apps Support Analyst in Tampa, Florida. This role involves supporting end users in utilizing enterprise software programs efficiently to meet business objectives.
Essential Functions
Field incoming incidents and problems from end-users
Fulfill end-user service requests for enterprise applications
Record and document problem-solving processes
Communicate application problems to key stakeholders
Test fixes and ensure problem resolution
Maintain and enhance performance of enterprise software
Identify and learn enterprise software applications
Coordinate departmental training needs
Support testing of new software applications
