## Description

IT Technical Analyst Provides Tier 1/2 hardware, software, and infrastructure support across regional sites. Balances daily desk-side IT support with hands-on involvement in infrastructure maintenance, procurement, and Agile-driven IT projects., * User Support: Deliver desk-side help desk support, resolve tickets (ServiceNow), and create end-user training materials.

 * Systems & Infrastructure: Maintain PCs, servers, networks (LAN/WAN), Active Directory, backups, and air-gapped systems.
 * Compliance & Procurement: Own site KPIs, handle hardware/software procurement, and maintain security controls (SOX, Cyber Essentials, CMMC).
 * Operations: Join on-call rotations and apply continuous improvement methods to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
