## Description

We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Graduate Developer. As a Customer AI Implementation Engineer you will design and deliver tailored customer experience (CX) solutions using our cutting-edge AI tools. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing consultancy with hands-on technical implementation. You'll be the bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams-ensuring every solution is optimised, integrated, and ready to deliver real value.
What You'll Do:

 * Build and customise AI-driven solutions for our clients.
 * Translate customer goals into scalable technical designs.
 * Spend ~50% of your time engaging directly with customers-workshops, reviews, and troubleshooting.
 * Develop secure integrations using Python, C++, REST APIs, and supporting technologies.
 * Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing solutions.
 * Collaborate with sales and product teams to shape future features.
