## About the Role

* Must have a Degree or similar qualification in Electronics Engineering or comparable subject.
 * Sustained experience in embedded firmware design, development, and testing (Essential).
 * Good experience of EMC design and test experience.
 * Experience in the creation of supporting design documentation, development reports, BoM, build packs.
 * Experience of firmware unit, integration, and system testing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Firmware Engineer to lead NPD innovative technology projects and manage a small team. Join one of the UK's fastest-growing SMEs and be part of their R&D Centre of excellence, supporting a myriad of global group partners with the introduction of a range of smart technology devices., 1. Designing Firmware and embedded software for use within the organisation's products lines.

 2. Providing technical guidance to team members.
 3. Collaborating with various engineering disciplines within the organisation.
 4. Leading on identifying areas of improvement and assisting in implementing new processes.
