Reporting to the Head of Product and working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you'll design complex workflows, improve how users navigate and understand the platform, and help define a coherent UX direction as the product scales. This is a hands-on role. You'll spend time in discovery, prototypes, user research, and delivery - not just polishing screens.
