## About the Role

* Lead criteria: You must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and hold the Certified System Administrator Certification
 * Substantial experience of various modules and applications within ServiceNow (eg - ITSM, ITOM, SPM, NLU, Security, HRSD, Service Portals, Workspaces, CMDB, Integrations)
 * Significant demonstrable experience of delivering value through the implementation of new or enhanced functionality into a large organisation in a ServiceNow context.
 * Proven ability to be able to work in a fact-paced environment either as part of a team or under their own initiative
 * Demonstrable experience of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across an enterprise tooling infrastructure, individually or as part of a team, showing initiative when tackling issues and providing potential solutions where applicable.
 * Strong working knowledge and practical experience of IT methodologies such as Agile
 * Influential and able to demonstrate experience of effectively communicating at different levels to various technical and non-technical audiences.
