This role is critical to our continuous delivery pipeline, and the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and Agile setting., * 5+years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2years in a Senior or Lead Full Stack role.

 * Expertisein C# and the .NET framework for building robust, scalable backendservices and APIs.
 * Strongproficiency with Next.js and React for building modern, high-performanceweb applications.
 * Demonstratedexperience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on GoogleCloud Platform (GCP).
 * Provenability to work effectively in a highly structured Agile developmentmethodology.
 * Excellentproblem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and a commitment towriting clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
 * Fluencyin Russian is required to effectively communicate and collaborate withcore team members and stakeholders., * Experiencewith advanced Next.js features.
 * Familiaritywith Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, specificallywithin the GCP ecosystem.
 * Priorexperience with containerisation technologies such as Docker andorchestration tools like Kubernetes.
 * Experiencewith messaging queues or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).

## Description

* Leadthe design and implementation of highly-available and scalable featuresacross the full application stack using C#/.NET and Next.js/React.
 * Architectand optimise backend APIs, microservices, and data models using C# toensure high performance and reliability.
 * Developresponsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Next.js,focusing on server-side rendering (SSR) and static generation (SSG) foroptimal user experience.
 * Managedeployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications using core GoogleCloud Platform (GCP) services.
 * Activelyparticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, dailystand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
 * Providetechnical guidance, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior andmid-level developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
 * Collaborateeffectively with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.
