## About the Role

* Strong foundation in full stack development with both front-end and back-end programming
 * Solid experience in application development using object-oriented programming principles
 * Understanding of building and consuming APIs and asynchronous programming models
 * Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility
 * Familiarity with software engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and version control
 * Understanding of system design principles, backend architectures, and data handling
 * Experience working with relational data models and integrating external services
 * Awareness of secure coding practices and performance optimisation techniques
 * Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly
 * Experience with ReactJS, state management approaches, and component-based architectures
 * Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot or Spring MVC
 * Exposure to testing frameworks and modern build tools
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation practices
 * Experience with cloud platforms and services, including serverless components
 * Knowledge of messaging or event-driven architectures (e.g., pub/sub systems)
 * Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and distributed system design
 * Exposure to development and collaboration tools such as Git-based repositories and issue tracking systems
