## About the Role

* Hands-on, technical experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns .
 * A primary focus on lower-funnel performance (leads or sales), ideally gained in a lead generation environment (agency or in-house) though strong candidates from outside lead gen are very welcome to apply
 * Strong command of core performance metrics: CPL, CPC, C2C, EPL
 * Experience managing significant ad budgets and scaling campaigns successfully
 * Comfort testing creative at high volume
 * Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager and Conversions API
 * Self-motivated, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
 * Experience managing international campaigns (UK/US/Canada/Australia)
