## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience with BI and reporting in a marketing or media environment
 * Hands on expertise in Power BI or similar tools such as Data Studio
 * Strong SQL skills, ideally with experience using BigQuery
 * Experience building dashboards that drive actionable insight
 * Ability to work with data pipelines and understand data collection funnels
 * Interest in AI, with evidence of personal exploration or projects
 * Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
 * Experience with Python or R is beneficial but not essential

## Description

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape a growing Business Intelligence function within a fast scaling, data driven organisation. You will play a key role in elevating reporting capabilities, working closely with senior stakeholders while delivering high quality insight across a variety of client projects., You will work across existing and new client engagements, owning dashboard development and improving how data is structured and delivered.

 * Audit and enhance existing dashboards and reporting products
 * Lead discovery work to identify opportunities to improve data infrastructure and reporting setup
 * Build and deliver new dashboards across marketing performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, and conversions
 * Support onboarding of new client projects, ensuring data pipelines and reporting are fit for purpose
 * Develop more advanced dashboard templating and explore future forecasting capabilities
 * Integrate wider business data alongside performance metrics to drive deeper insights
 * Create high quality, client ready visualisations including creative performance dashboards
 * Collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
