## Description

Buscamos incorporar a un/a Técnico de Gestión Horaria y HRIS (Bizneo HR) en el equipo de Recursos Humanos de la Institución.Sus principales funciones serán: Implementar y configurar la herramienta Bizneo HR según las necesidades de la organización.Parametrizar módulos y realizar carga, revisión y migración de datos.Resolver incidencias funcionales y dar soporte a usuarios internos.Acompañar y formar a los equipos en el uso de la plataforma.Coordinarse con diferentes áreas y con el proveedor durante el proceso de implantación.Detectar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos de RRHH.Colaborar de forma transversal en otras tareas y proyectos del departamento de Recursos Humanos según las necesidades de la organización.Se requiere: Experiencia previa trabajando con Bizneo HR.Conocimientos en configuración y parametrización de herramientas HRIS o software de RRHH.Experiencia en soporte funcional y resolución de incidencias.Nivel avanzado de Excel y gestión de datos.Capacidad de organización, orientación al detalle y habilidades comunicativas.Experiencia participando en proyectos de implantación de software.
