Your tasks Acting as a key contact for application-related requests and guiding stakeholders through the demand management lifecycle Collaborating closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into structured IT demands Identifying redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for consolidation or standardization and reduce costs sustainably Facilitating continuous dialogue between business and IT to ensure timely and actionable feedback Gathering business insights and ensuring they are addressed effectively within the transformation journey Your profile A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology and/or Business Administration or similar areas Some years of work experience, preferably in the IT area Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel - (, pivot tables, XLOOKUP)) A good understanding of application request processes and workflows ServiceNow experience is a plus Languages: English - Fluent Our offer We offer a competitive salary
